Meat Cutter

This team member will work the meat cutting station on the food service line. They will be responsible for slicing the meat portions to go on plates or sandwiches, also for cutting and weighing the meat for “by the pound” orders. They will also need to be comfortable interacting with customers as they will be the first smiling face that the customer sees when they order their food.

Pit Room Staff

This is where the magic happens! We are looking for team members who will manage our BBQ pits. This will include meat prep, careful cook time tracking, pit temperature management, and finishing the meat by cutting and prepping it for the food line.
